We currently provide shipping services within Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 85.99 or above (including AUD 85.99) qualify for free shipping.

Orders with a total value below AUD 85.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99.

All product prices displayed include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
3. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) will have their processing time calculated from the same day.

Orders placed and successfully paid after 18:00 will have their processing time calculated from the next day.

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day.
4. Shipping Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders will enter the processing stage.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
5. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated total shipping time is 5–8 business days.
Actual shipping time may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or peak logistics periods.
