Order Cancellation Conditions

You may request to cancel an order before it enters the shipping preparation stage.
Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled directly. In such cases, you may apply for a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
